Conveniently located 20 miles west of Boston.

 From East:  Take Exit 26 from I-95/MA-128 in Weston/Waltham.  Follow US-20 through Weston and Wayland into Sudbury.  Mill Village is on the left at the first traffic light in Sudbury at the intersection of Boston Post Road (US-20) and Concord Road approximately 8 miles from MA-128. 

From West:  From the intersection of US-495 and US-20 in Marlborough head east on US-20.  Follow US-20 through Marlborough into Sudbury.  Mill Village is on the right at the third traffic light in Sudbury at the intersection of Boston Post Road (US-20) and Concord Road approximately 9 miles from US-495.

From South:  From the intersection of US-90 and MA-9 in Framingham take US-9 east.  Follow US-9-E approximately 3 miles and take the exit ramp for Edgell Road/Main Street/Framingham.  At the light take a left onto MA-30.  MA-30 becomes Edgell Road.  Follow Edgell Road through Framingham into Sudbury.  At the first traffic light in Sudbury take a right onto Boston Post Road (US-20).  After turning right, Mill Village will be on the right at the second traffic light at the intersection of Boston Post Road (US-20) and Concord Road approximately 10 miles from US-90 and MA-9.

From North:  From MA-2 and Sudbury Road in Concord take Sudbury Road south.  Sudbury Road becomes Concord Road when you cross MA-117. Follow Concord Road across MA-27.  Bear left at fork.   Mill Village will be straight across from you  at the traffic light at the intersection of Concord Road and Boston Post Road (US-20) approximately 8 miles from MA-2.
